| West Valley View, November 2, 2004 Floyd Allen Lipps, 51, of Goodyear died Oct. 27, 2004, in Tucson. Mr. Lipps was born Oct. 1, 1953, in Phoenix. He worked as a welder. Mr. Lipps is survived by one son, Billie Lipps; his mother, Ardebell Hoover; two sisters, Sandra Farnsworth and Barbara Frye; one brother, Bill Lipps; and two grandchildren. A service will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday at Crystal Rose Funeral Home, 9155 W. Van Buren Road in Tolleson. Crystal Rose Funeral Home made the arrangements. |
