| West Valley View, November 16, 2004 Madilyn Gene Kreikemeier was born on and died Nov. 7, 2004, at Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale. She is survived by her parents, Melanie and Chad Kreikemeier of Buckeye; her maternal grandmother, Vicky Schultz of Buckeye, and paternal grandparents, Diane and Rich Kreikemeier of Goodyear. A service was held Nov. 12. Interment was at Louis B. Hazelton Memorial Park in Buckeye. Buckeye Funeral Home made the arrangements. See Also: Find A Grave |
