| West Valley View, November 19, 2004 Carlos M. Diaz, 60, of Buckeye died Nov. 16, 2004. Mr. Diaz was born Jan. 30, 1944, in Litchfield Park, and was a lifelong resident of the West Valley. Mr. Diaz is survived by his wife, Angelina; one daughter, Mariana Diaz of Avondale; four sons, Jonathan, Joaquin, Estevan and Michael, all of Avondale; three sisters, Margaret, Virginia and Angie; one brother, Richard; and two grandchildren. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. today, with a recital of the rosary at 7 p.m., at Valley West Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road in Goodyear. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9 a.m. Saturday at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 539 E. La Pasada Blvd. in Goodyear. Interment will follow at Louis B. Hazelton Memorial Cemetery in Buckeye.
