Alexander Rites Held Here Monday

Funeral services were held at the Wickenburg Chapel at 2:30 o'clock Monday afternoon of this week for John William Alexander, a resident of Wickenburg since late in 1952.

He was the father of Mrs. Forrest WOIRHAYE, at whose home he passed away at 11:30 p.m. July 16. Mr. ALEXANDER was 75 years of age. A native of Paynette, Wis., where he was born May 29, 1879.

Mr. Alexander moved with his family to Butte, Montana, where he was engaged in farming arid mining for most of his life.

Burial In Butte -

Following the funeral services here, conducted by Rev Ray A. FORD of the Assembly of God Church, the body was sent to Butte for burial.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. WOIRHAYE of Wickenburg and Mrs. Agnes DODGE of Butte and a son, William W. ALEXANDER of Deer Lodge, Montana, 8 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren also survive.
