Jacquelyn Renee Tostado
Jacquelyn R. Tostado, 40, of Lakeside, dearly beloved daughter, sister, companion, stepmom and aunt, went to join our Holy Father Oct. 27, 2009, at the Arizona Burn Center in Phoenix.

Jackie was born May 3, 1969, in Holbrook. She graduated from Holbrook High School and moved to Pinetop-Lakeside in the late '80s. She leaves a huge number of friends and family to cherish the amazing and lovely life she led.

She will be welcomed in Heaven with open arms from her babies, Charlize, Brittney and Taylor (now she can be the mother she always wanted to be), father Carlos Tostado, brother Mark A. Tostado and grandmothers Carlotta Padilla and Selina Tostado.

Jackie loved to laugh, dance, camp and listen to music. She was loyal to her friends, and family was very important to her. She worked at Arizona Water and previously had a career as a personal banker. She enjoyed working with people.

"We pass along her spirit and she will be sadly missed."

She is survived by her mother, Juanita Tostado; companion Jesus Soto; and his sons, Jesus Jr. and Luis; brothers Carlos (Debbie), Patrick; sisters Beverly (Timothy) Fargher, Elaine (Gilbert) Pacheco; and nieces Ashley, Brianna, Ariell and Bianca.

A memorial Mass will be held at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church at 11 a.m. Nov. 7, with a short graveside service in Holbrook to follow.

A second graveside service will be held Sunday, Nov. 8, in Pinetop-Lakeside. A luncheon will follow the service Saturday, Nov. 7, in celebration of her life.

Friends and family are encouraged to bring a memory or a story to share with others during the service.
