| The White Mountain Independent, Show Low, Arizona 01/21/2005 Phelisiana Krystie Lewis went home to be with the Lord, Jan. 14, 2005 in Eagar. She was born April 16, 1990 in Whiteriver. Phelisiana is survived by two brothers Dionisio Daniel Tortice, Ignacio Lewis; guardians Winston Tortice, Alida Antonio; aunts and uncles Maxine Tortice, Etheline Cosen, Grace Tortice, Laudine Hopper, Rosaleen Whitehorse, Leon Whitehorse and grandparents Donald and Ada Bahlen. Phelisiana was preceded in death by parents Bessie Jean and Denicio Lewis. A two day wake will be held Friday, Jan. 21 at 10 a.m. at the residence of Mark and Alida Antonio in Fort Apache. Funeral services will be held Sunday, Jan. 23 at the North Fork Miracle Church at 1 p.m. with Pastor Preston Kessay officiating. Interment will be at the Whiteriver Cemetery in Whiteriver.
