| William G. Buttgereit, 75, of Phoenix AZ, passed away on December 11, 2000. He is survived by his sons Thomas W. Buttgereit of Phoenix, David W. Buttgereit of Garner, North Carolina, former wife Marjorie I. Buttgereit of Peoria and two grandchildren Timothy and Brandy. Family requests in lieu of flowers, donations may be made in his memory to the Arizona Kidney Foudnation 4203 E.
