A celebration of Phyllis’ life will be 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, 2008, at Potter’s House Christian Center, Highway 89 in Prescott. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Family Funeral Homes assisted the family with final arrangements. |
