| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Thursday, November 05, 2009 Carl D. Horn, 78, of Black Canyon City, Ariz., born Oct. 3, 1931, in Sylvania, Ohio, died Nov. 3, 2009, in Black Canyon City. A private cremation will take place at Bradshaw Crematory in Prescott Valley, with inurnment in December at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix. Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home assisted the family with final arrangements. |
