| Arizona Silver Belt, Globe, Arizona Posted: Tuesday, Nov 10th, 2009 Marion G. Barajas, 75, of Globe, passed away on Nov. 6, 2009 at Heritage Health Care Center. He was born in Miami, Ariz. and was a lifetime Arizona resident. He was a railroad foreman and worked for the Inspiration Mine. He was preceded in death by his wife, Louise Marquez Barajas; son, Johnny Canizales; two sisters and four brothers. He is survived by sons, Reyes (Vanessa) Barajas, and Joseph Barajas; daughter, Antoinette Gonzales; sisters, Mary Barraza and Esther Aguilera; brother, Richard Barajas; 17 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Visitation was held from 5 to 7 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 9 at Lamont Mortuary. Rosary was held at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 10 at Holy Angels Catholic Church. Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 10. at Holy Angels Catholic Church in Globe. Cremation will follow. Lamont Mortuary of Globe assisted the family. |
