| Owens Livingston Mortuary Snowflake, Arizona Sharon Amelia Downing Alexander Hatch (January 17, 1939 - October 29, 2009) Loving, wife, mother and grandmother. Sharon Hatch, age 70, passed away Thursday, October 29, 2009 in Tempe, Arizona. She was born January 17, 1939 in Gallup, New Mexico to Oren Downing and Amelia Kirk Downing. She had a great love for people and animals. Sharon taught school for many years in Tucson. She was a faithful member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Sharon is survived by her husband, Kenneth; 1 son, Dan Alexander, 7 step-children; Vera Newton, Gerry Hatch, Donna Fuller, Larry Hatch, Amy Hatch, Alex Hatch, Ervin Hatch; brother, Mark Downing and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a great-great-granddaughter. Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Tuesday, November 3, 2009 at the Snowflake Temple View Chapel of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. A visitation will be held Monday evening from 5-7 PM at the Owens Livingston Mortuary – Heritage Chapel 84 E. 19 S. in Snowflake and 2 hours prior to the funeral service. Interment will be at the Tucson on Wednesday November 4, 2009. |
