| Arizona Daily Sun, Flagstaff, Arizona Tuesday, November 10, 2009 Rollie Allen, 69, died Saturday, Nov. 7, 2009. Mr Allen was born Dec. 11, 1939, in Sikeston, Mo. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1957 to 1985. After the service, he continued his love of aviation with the Flagstaff Pulliam Airport until the spring of 2007. During the Vietnam War, he was stationed in Thailand. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and had a lifelong interest in aviation and astronomy. He is survived by his loving wife, Magdalena; daughter Anita; son Brian; and two grandchildren. Evening vigil Holy Rosary will be today at 7 p.m. at St. Pius X Center, 2257 E. Cedar Ave. A memorial Mass will be Wednesday at 10 a.m. at St. Pius X Center, followed by interment at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to St. Vincent de Paul Society, 2113 N. East St., Flagstaff, AZ 86004.
