| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, November 13, 2009 Raymond "Zippy" Cook, 61, of Mayer, Ariz., born May 10, 1948, in Grand Rapids, Mich., passed away Nov. 5, 2009, in Dewey, Ariz. A celebration of Zippy's life will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 9, 2009, at the Bob Stump VA Medical Center Chapel with inurnment to follow with full military honors at the Prescott National Cemetery.
