| Wickenburg Sun, Wickenburg, Arizona June 26, 1996 Bernis M. Rice of Escondido, Calif. and a former Wickenburg resident died June 17 at a nursing center in Escondido. She was 80. Mrs. Rice was born April 13, 1916 in Elkhart, Indiana. She was a homemaker. Mrs. Rice is survived by her husband of 39 years. Harold Rice, a daughter Jann Charlston; stepsons Kenneth Rice of Phoenix, and Ricky Rice of Wickenburg; a sister, Ellen Jones of Bristol, Ind; three grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Services were conducted June 22 in Escondido. |
