| The Camp Verde Bugle, Camp Verde, Arizona Thursday, November 05, 2009 Henry Perry, Jr., 59, of Clarkdale died October 31. He was born June 22, 1950 in Waukegan, Illinois, the son of Henry Perry, Sr., and Dorothy Young Perry. He was a 1968 graduate of Warren High. He worked for Black & White Checkered Cab Company in Waukegan. He was a Nascar Race fan. Preceding him in death were his parents. Mr. Perry is survived by his lifepartner of eight years Antoinette Murphy; a brother Jack Perry (Karen) of Brookston, Illinois; a sister Mary Schrader (Andy) of Waukegan, Illinois.
