Grover Ray Rubash, of Golden Valley, died Jan. 20 in Golden Valley. He was 74.

Mr. Rubash was born April 28, 1921 in Dow, Okla. He moved to Arizona from Oklahoma 59 years ago and lived in Golden Valley for three years.

He was a self-employed miner and a World war II veteran.

He is survived by his wife, Frances Rubash of Golden Valley; daughter
Cindy Rubash, Linda Bubash, Lyvina Ellers, and Dora Vashaw; sons G.R. Rubash of Kingman and Tony Rubash and Gay Rubash, stepdaughter Linda Sue Fore of Golden Valley; stepson Thomas Fore of Freeport, Ill.; sister Ethel Monroe of Dow, Okla., Ruby McLaughlin of Phoenix, Helen Carter of Kingman, Phyllis and Darla Jean Onsttott, both of Overgard; brothers Anthony Rubash of Bakersfield, Calif., Danny Rubash of Meadview, James Floyd of Aurora Grande, Calif.; and 15 grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his son Danny Rubash and brother Arthur Rubash.

No services are planned. Sutton Crematory handled the arrangements.
