| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Friday, September 29, 2006 Carl E. Oakleaf passed away Sept. 25, 2006 in Tucson, Ariz. He was 66 years old. Carl is survived by a wife of 19 years, six daughters, two step-daughters, a step-son, 15 grandchildren and three step-grandchildren. He is also survived by two sisters and three brothers. A memorial service will take place from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 1, at Bradshaw Mountain Christian Assembly, 10100 E. Highway 69, Prescott Valley. We will love you forever !
