| The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Wednesday, September 13, 2006 William Ray Hodge, 76, born July 13, 1930, in Kiowa, Kan., died Monday, Sept. 11, 2006, at the Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott.
