Fountain, 74, of Prescott, Ariz., born Dec. 6, 1931, in Providence, R.I., died Sunday, Sept. 24, 2006, at Las Fuentes Care Center in Prescott. Services will take place at 1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 30, at Arizona Ruffner Wakelin Funeral Home, corner of Cortez and Carleton in Prescott, with visitation one hour prior.
