| Olive Raelena Lewis, 76, of Phoenix & New Westminster British Columbia, a Registered Nurse, died Dec. 14, 2000. Survivors include: husband, Eugene B. Lewis; son, Dale Lewis; daughters, Linda Speer, Terry Roach; grandchildren, Justin & Kristy Roach, Kimberlee Day, Brett Speer, & Keith, Brian, Rene' & Cindy Lewis; & 4 great grandchildren. Memorial service was Sunday, 12/17/2000, Hansen Mortuary, 8314 N. 7th St., Phx. Memorial contributions: American Diabetes Association, 9034 N. 23rd Ave., Phx 85021.
