Richard Esmark (Rick) Hansen

Richard "Rick" Esmark Hansen of Prescott, Ariz., went home to be with our Father on Oct. 28, 2009. Rick was born on June 18, 1943, in Erie, Pa., to William and Ellen Hansen.

He is survived by his wife Nicki; his daughters Stephanie of Prescott and Jennifer of Denver; stepson Brandon of Prescott; and his four grandchildren, Cameron, Candice and Jacob of Prescott and Kai of Denver. He also has a brother, Billy of Prescott, and a sister, Evy, in Ventura.

Rick lived his early years in California, moved to New Mexico, Casa Grande, returned to California and settled in Prescott in 2004. He was a hunter and archer in his younger years, retiring from Xerox. He also worked all around the world building computers and computer programs. After coming to Prescott, he worked at the Gun Club. He is greatly loved and will be missed by all of us he leaves behind.
