Gordon Dwayne Casbeer

Gordon Dwayne Casbeer left us unexpectedly on December 29, 2002, to be with his Lord and Savior. Dwayne was born on November 22, 1945, in Littlefield, Texas, to Gordon W. and Bernodene Casbeer.

He was a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School where he played football and baseball.

He served his country in the US Marine Corps in Vietnam.

Dwayne was the loving father of Nathan and Sarah Casbeer. He moved to Phoenix in 1986 where he pursued a career in real estate. For the past six years, he was Vice President with Spectrum Financial Group, Inc. Dwayne will be remembered for his brilliant smile, his Texas-sized heart, and his love of Jesus.

Along with his children, Dwayne is survived by his wife and best friend, Stevie Casbeer; his mother, Bernodene Casbeer and brother Tom (Betty Ann) of Midland, Tx.; and his nieces and grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at Faith Christian Center, Friday, January 3, at 12:00 p.m. with graveside service following.
