Hold Final Rites For Joseph Tyler

Funeral services were held Monday at 10 a.m. at the Wickenburg Chapel for Joseph Tyler, age 82, who passed away Friday, May 14, at Community Hospital. He had been seriously ill for the past few months.

Mr. Tyler, father of CLARE TYLER who owns and operates The Centre in Wickenburg, was a native of Indiana. Before his retirement in 1935 he was with the People's Gas, Light & Coke Co. of Chicago for 27 years.

He came to Wickenburg in 1952 from Medinah, Ill. Mr. & Mrs. Tyler would have celebrated their 52nd wedding anniversary on June 30 of this year.

The Survivors -
Mr. Tyler is survived by his wife, Margaret and three sons; Clare of Wickenburg; Paul of Elmhurst, Ill., and Haan of Glendale, Calif. Six grandchildren and two great grandchildren also survive.

Dr Charles S. POLING of the First Presbyterian Church officiated at the funeral services and burial followed in the Wickenburg Cemetery.

A number of out-of-town relatives were here for the funeral.
