The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Wednesday, January 1, 2003 Louis (Peter) Moskovis, 65, retired, of Phoenix, Az., died December 24, 2002. He was born on February 1, 1937 in Lewiston, Maine. Louis attended the University of Maine in Orono and graduated in 1960. His greatest joy was his family. While studying philosophy most of his life, he was also a member of MENSA and I. S. P. E. He was loved by many and will be greatly missed. He is survived by two daughters, Angela Kazmarek and Alycia Hawkins; one son, Jon Moskovis: two sisters, Dorothy Moskovis and Georgia Caras, both of Portland, Maine; sons-in-law, Eddy Hawkins and James Kazmarek and one brother-in-law, Michael Caras. He also leaves behind four grandchildren, Alex Hawkins of Phoenix, Az. and Nicholas, Eric and Emily Kasmarek of Carlsbad, Calif. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m., funeral service at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 2nd, at Sunland Lakeside Chapel, 15826 Del Webb Blvd. Interment will be at the National Cemetery of Arizona, 23029 Cave Creek Road, Phoenix, Az.
