| Peter Francis Noonan of Phoenix, Ariz., formerly of Palisades Park, New Jersey, died Thursday, Sept. 29, 1994. He was an auditor for the Department of Economic Security in Arizona . He was a graduate of Arizona State University. An Army veteran of the Korean War, he was a member of American Legion Post 2, Tempe, Ariz.
