Survived by wife, Devona (Connelly), Phoenix, Ariz.; mother, Margaret, Salt Lake City; daughter, Jauna (Daly), Hawthorne, Calif.; two brothers, Ted and wife, Kathy; Michael and wife Christine, Salt Lake City; two stepdaughters, Vicki, Teri; stepson, Richard, all of Phoenix, Ariz.
