| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Thursday, January 2, 2003 Lucille C. Bugner, age 81, passed away on December 19, 2002 in Phoenix, Arizona. Lucille moved from Chicago, Illinois over 24 years ago. She is survived by her husband of 58 1/2 years, Thomas Bugner of Phoenix, two daughters, Patricia Schenone (Thomas) of Illinois, Pamela Bugner of Phoenix. Lucille is preceded in death by one son, William Thomas. She has one sister, Frances Chiappetti and one brother, Louie Chiappetti, (Marge) both from Chicago, Illinois. Lucille was a grandmother of two, Jennifer Metcalf (Kris) and Daniel Schenone, great-grandmother of Rachel Metcalf. Lucille was a lifetime member of the EX-POW Chapter 1 of Phoenix, Az., and the DAV Auxiliary Chapter 1. She was a Volunteer at the Veterans Hospital for a number of years. She was a member of St. James Catholic Church, 19640 N. 35th Ave, Glendale, Az. 85308. Memorial Services will be held at St. James on Saturday Jan. 4, 2003 at 10 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Hospice of the Valley, 13620 N. 55th Ave Glendale, Az., 85304 in Lucille's memory. Interment will be private. |
