West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona April 27, 2007 C.C. Franklin, 79, of Buckeye died April 22, 2007, at Hospice of the Valley in Avondale. Mr. Franklin was born in Augusta, Ark., and worked as a custodian. Mr. Franklin is survived by his wife, Addie Bell Franklin; three daughters, Brenda Harris, Olivia Piper and Carolyn Ealim; two sons, James Polk and Jeffrey Williams; his parents, Chestannie and Harry; four sisters, Naomi, Vanilla, Ardenia and Pennsylvania; two brothers, Homer and Willie; 13 grandchildren; and at least four great-grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at Ganley's Buckeye Funeral Home, 304 E. Baseline Road in Buckeye. A service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mt. Zion Christian Assembly, 1421 S. Palo Verde Road in Buckeye. The Rev. Abraham Harris III will officiate. Ganley's Buckeye Funeral Home made the arrangements. |
