Joseph "Joe" Gaglione, 75, of Litchfield Park died April 25, 2007.

Mr. Gaglione was born Dec. 29, 1931, in Buffalo, N.Y., to Catherine and Mariano Gaglione. He moved to Arizona in 1944, and lived in Mesa, where he went to high school, and met his future wife, Pearlene Springmeyer. The couple moved to Colorado, where he worked as a truck driver, and was a mechanic for diesel trucks. Mr. Gaglione later moved back to Arizona, and lived in the West Valley for 21 years. He volunteered for the VA Hospital and for Paralyzed Veterans of Arizona. He was also a member of the Moose Lodge.

Mr. Gaglione is survived by his wife, Pearlene; four sons, Joseph, Russell, David and Michael; two sisters, Mary Ann Turner and Frances Allen; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Service will be private.

Thompson's Valley West Funeral Chapel in Goodyear made the arrangements.
