| West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona February 23, 2007 Jerry Stewart, 69, of Goodyear died Feb. 17, 2007, in Phoenix. Mr. Stewart was born Oct. 5, 1937, in Brownfield, Texas, and moved with his family in 1943 to Arizona, where he attend schools in Avondale. He was a veteran of the Army, and married Bobbie Gage in 1955 while on leave from basic training. Mr. Stewart was a retired, self-employed auto mechanic, having operated Jerry's Auto Service in Goodyear for 37 years. Mr. Stewart is survived by his wife, Bobbie; two sons, Tim Stewart and Tracy Lawrence; and three sisters, Darlene Saunders of Phoenix, Nancy Daily of Avondale and Vickie Valdivia of Grover Beach, Calif. No service is planned. |
