Ledith Mary Ewing DeHaven, born October 19, 1911, in Sandpoint, Idaho, and died December 30, 2002 in Scottsdale, Arizona.

Preceded in death August 4, 2002 by her husband of 65 years, Kenneth LeMoyne DeHaven, M.D.

Beloved mother of Marya Keeth and husband Gary, Lisa Jordan and husband Tom, and Camille Nystrom and husband Garth; grandmother to Gary, Michael and Mari Keeth; Chandra and Tristan Ludlow; and Elise Jordan, and great-grandmother to Michael, Megan, Matthew Keeth and Raidy Clare and Mercer Stronck.

Mrs. DeHaven attended Holy Names High School and College in Spokane, Washington. Trained from an early age as a concert pianist, Mrs. DeHaven shared a love of music with her family and friends throughout her life.

Prior to moving to Scottsdale, Arizona, Mrs. DeHaven was a long time resident of Los Altos Hills, California where she was an active member of the Santa Clara County Medical Auxiliary and past President of the Sunnyvale, California Concert Association.

Mrs. DeHaven enjoyed gourmet cooking and entertaining, travel and painting. Always supportive to her family, Mrs. DeHaven's grace and charm were an inspiration to all who knew her.

Graveside services will be at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona 23029 N. Cave Creek Rd. Phoenix, Arizona 12:30 p.m., January 3, 2003.

Donations may be made to the Alzheimers Association-Desert Southwest Chapter, 1036 E. McDowell Rd. Phoenix, Arizona 85006.
