The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Friday, January 3, 2003 Joseph Leonard Hudak, 68 of Phoenix, AZ, (Maryvale - community) passed away December 30, 2002. He was born August 11, 1934 in Nanticoke, Penn. Beloved husband of Carol, he is also survived by nine children, seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild, and his brother, Leonard Hudak, of Bethlehem, Penn. He served in the US Air Force and worked for Lockheed Martin at Luke Air Force Base. He was active in Pop Warner Football for over 35 years, was a member of the American Legion, Organizer of Pride Block Watch Association and an active member of the Men's Council at St. Vincent DePaul's church. He was also an active volunteer with the National Lupus Foundation of America. Memorial services to be held at 11:00 a.m. at Greer- Wilson Funeral Home, 5921 W. Thomas Road on Friday, January 3, 2003. Contributions can be made in lieu of flowers to the Desert Hope Wesleyan Church, 2600 N. 59th Ave., Phoenix, Az., 85033, where he was an active member. |
