| Arizona State Miner (Wickenburg) Saturday, May 9, 1925, p 8 c 1 Notice of Hearing Petition No. 4551 In the Superior Court of the State of Arizona, in and for the County of Maricopa. In the matter of the estate of Joseph F Umphenour, Deceased. Notice is hereby given that J W Watkins and Maggie B Watkins, have filed in the above entitled Court a petition praying for an order of said Court directing the administrator of the estate of said deceased to execute a deed to said petitioners as contemplated by a certain contract of sale made by decedent during his lifetime to the premises known as Lot 19, Block 38, in Collins Addition to the city of Phoenix, Arizona, and that the same will be heard on the 8th day of June, A.D. 1925, at 1:30 o'clock in the afternoon of said day at the court room of Division No. 2 of said Court, in Phoenix, County of Maricopa, State of Arizona, and all persons interested in said estate are notified then and there to appear and show cause, if any they have, why the prayer of said petitioner should not be granted.
