Married to Lynda the love of his life for 16 wonderful years, he will be deeply missed. Loving brother of Dawn Goodwin, Valerie and Timothy Burris. He leaves two children and three grandchildren. Jay was an avid golfer, gardener and loved to travel to England to see his family and friends. Past Master of King Oscar Lodge #855 Chicago, Ill., Member of Justinian Lodge #2694 in London and Member of Peoria Lodge #31 Peoria, Az. A memorial service was held Friday 2nd January 2003 at Camino Del Sol Funeral Chapel, 13738 Camino Del Sol, Sun City West, Az.
