| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Saturday, January 4, 2003 John A. Gamby, 91, of Scottsdale, Arizona passed away at home on January 1, 2003. He was born in New York City on October 19, 1911 and moved to Scottsdale in 1962. He was a retired musician. Survived by his wife of 63 years, Sonia, daughter, Diane Goldfarb, of Columbus, Oh., son and daughter-in-law John and Vickie Gamby, and daughter, Noel Gosnell, four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Services will be held at St. Daniels Catholic Church in Scottsdale on Monday, January 6th at 10:00 a.m. Contributions in lieu of flowers may be made to St. Daniel's School, 7923 E. Latham, Scottsdale, Arizona 85257. |
