The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Saturday, January 4, 2003 Steven R. Henry, 54, of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away January 1, 2003. He was born on December 4, 1948. He was raised in Winona, Minn. He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. After an honorable discharge, Steve returned to Winona and completed his bachelor-of-science and Master's degrees in history. He taught high school history in Sparta, Wisc. for 5 years. Steve achieved his Juris Doctorate at William Mitchell College of Law. He relocated to Phoenix, Arizona to practiced law with Low and Childers Law Firm for the past 14 years. Steve is survived by his wife, Jill, daughter, Sasha, sons, Roderick S. and Mitchell, grandson Grant (son of Roderick S.), parents Roderick J. and Ernestine Henry, sister Eileen (Milton) Bohn, brother, Mark, grandmother, Dorothy Henry, and many other relatives and friends. Services will be held Monday, January 6th, at 5:00 p.m. at Phoenix Memorial Park and Mortuary, 200 W. Beardsley Rd., Phoenix, AZ. Memorial preferred in lieu of flowers. Memorials will be donated to Winona State University in Steve's memory. |
