The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Saturday, January 4, 2003 Toni Lynn Lesko of Phoenix, Arizona, passed away on Thursday January 2, 2003 at the home of her daughter and son in law, Kirsten and Jim Clifford. Toni is survived by her two sisters, Sherri Leigh of Tucson, Az. and Patricia Viola of San Jose, Calif; a brother, Grant Michael of Tucson and her mother and stepfather, Enola and John Funk of Topeka, Ks; two daughters, Kim Marriott of Quincy, Mich. and Kirsten Clifford of Phoenix; three grandchildren, Uriah, Ashleigh and Ryan of Michigan and Jimmy of Phoenix will miss her loving arms. Toni was born and spent her first seven years in Topeka, Kansas, then lived in Texas, California, Colorado, Idaho, The Philippines and finally chose Phoenix as a permanent home. She was employed as a trainer in Phoenix Transportation for 18 years. Visitation will be Sunday, January 5, 2003 from 3-5 p.m. for friends and family at Hansen Desert Hills Mortuary, 6500 E. Bell Rd., Scottsdale. Services will be 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 6, 2003 at Hansen Desert Hills Chapel, with graveside service immediately after. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2929 E. Thomas Rd., Phoenix, Az., 85016. At the request of family the pallbearers will be Michael Marriott and Jim Clifford, son-in-laws; Grant Handgis, brother and Uriah Marriott, grandson. |
