The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Saturday, January 4, 2003 Mary Kathryn Taylor, 90, a 60 year resident of Phoenix. resided at Amity Adult Care Home in Glendale, passed away December 17, 2002. She was preceded in death by husband Forrest Taylor, parents Humphrey and Mary Elizabeth Trimble, sister, Sadie Virginia Olsen, two brothers, Humphrey R. & Randolph G. Trimble. She is survived by niece, Viola Virginia Williams, great-nieces, Kathryn Bauwens, Susan E. Williams, Laura L. Carrigan, Sherry L. Howard, great-great-nieces and nephews Ronald G. Bauwens III, Rebecca L. Chitty, Joe R. Carrigan, Brandy L. Phillips, Julia R. Carrigan, Jason L. Armstrong, Ryan L. Carrigan, great-great-great-nieces and nephews Elizabeth N. Bauwens, Natasha Phillips, Alexandra C. Bauwens, Benjamin M. Chitty. She was a buyer for Mandel Brothers; a model for the Streets of Paris exhibit at the Chicago World's Fair 1933; a member & Lay Minister Franciscan Renewal Center, Paradise Valley; member of DAR; charter member of Phoenix Garden Club. She also enjoyed reading her Arizona Republic daily. Private services & interment in Staunton, Virginia at Thornrose Cemetery. A special thank you to her loving dedicated caregivers Leonie & Tas Castro and Nanette & Patima at the Amity Adult Care Home in Glendale. |
