Vernon Leroy Williams died Jan. 17, 2008, at Yavapai Regional Medical Center in Prescott, Ariz.; he was 72 years old.

Vernon was born Oct. 25, 1935, in Huntington Park, Calif.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 26, 2008, at Arizona Ruffner-Wakelin Funeral Home.

Vernon Leroy Williams, 72, of Prescott, Ariz., born Oct. 25, 1935, in Huntington Park, Calif., passed away Jan. 17, 2008, at his home in Prescott, Ariz.

Vernon Leroy Williams Died on January 17th 2008 at his home in Prescott Arizona. Vernon was born to Glynn and Anna May Williams October 25th 1935 in Huntington Park California. He married his soul mate Dorothy Mclean on June 22nd 1963. Together they had two beautiful daughters Erinn and Heather. Vernon was a founding member of Mountain Top Street Rodders , Prescott Model-T Club and Forty's Limited and Hard Times Club in California. Collecting antique Ford vehicles was a deep passion of Vernon's. His 1932 Ford Phaeton was his pride and joy, but nothing was more precious to him than his family and the friendships that he held close throughout his life. In his leisure time he loved to travel, entertain and dance with his wife. All who knew Vernon are greatly sorrowed from his death. Vernon Leroy Williams was survived by Wife Dorothy Kay Williams- Daughters Erinn Williams and Heather Seitz - Son In Laws Mark Seitz and Randall Kaye - Brother Russell Williams - Sister Patricia and husband Charles Dellinger and Grandaughter Alyxandra.
