The Daily Courier, Prescott, Arizona Saturday, November 21, 2009 Robert John Neukaemper, 65, moved to Heaven Nov. 10, 2009. He was born Dec. 29, 1943 in Orange, Calif. Robert was a gentle, quiet spirit and will be missed by all who knew him. He worked in health care in Tucson and Prescott until 1995 when he retired due to ill health. He continued to volunteer at Arizona Pioneers' Home for many years and was honored with their Volunteer of the Year award. He was preceded in death by his parents and 19-year-old stepdaughter, Jennifer Snyder. Survivors include his wife of 18 years, Linda Snyder; brothers, Ken (Sue) and Jim. His children and stepchildren include, Jennifer, Gillian (Robert) Gensler, Eric (Donna) Gierst, Joe (Marsha) Gierst, and Hugh (Josefa) Gierst, Kimberley (Paul) Auer, Mike (Heidi) Fisher, and Natalie (Roy) Rose. Robert was proud of his 13 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. He loved his family dearly. We miss you and love you dear one, and we will see you again. A celebration of life will be 3 p.m. Sunday Nov. 29, 2009 at First Baptist Church of Prescott, in the Solid Rock building, with Pastor David Knight officiating. Wake to follow. The location will be announced at the service. Hampton Funeral Home assisted the family with arrangements. Information provided by survivors. |
