| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona January 22, 2006 Nettie A. Cornelius, age 92, went to be with the Lord on January 17, 2006. She was born October 2, 1913, in Phoenix, Arizona. Nettie was graduated from Phoenix Union High School in 1932 and retired in 1975 from the original Food City Store as a grocery clerk. Her husband of 60 years, Jack, preceded her in death. Nettie is survived by her children, Marian HEIL (George), Jim (Betty), Bill (Stacy), Mike (Barbara), 10 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Visitation and Funeral Services at Mountain View Mortuary Chapel, 7900 E. Main Street, Mesa. Memorial Contributions to Sunshine Acres Children's Home, 3405 N. Higley Road, Mesa, AZ., 85215 preferred.
