Marshall, 89, Glendale, Arizona, passed away January 1, 2003. He was born March 11, 1913 in Rye, Colorado. He taught law for 25 years in Phoenix. Survivors include his wife Joyce; son, Gary Marshall of Beaver Dam, Ohio; daughter, Sharon Cannataro of Phoenix, Az., four granddaughters, Pamela, Nicole, Cindy, Susan and two great-grandsons.
