| Patrick William Green, 47, of Tempe, Ariz., formerly of Springfield, Illinois, died Friday, May 1, 1992 in Tempe. He was born Aug. 28, 1944, in Springfield, the son of James H. and Norma Jean Page Green. His father preceded him in death. Mr. Green was a welder. He moved to Arizona in 1984. Surviving are his wife, Betty Thomas (Wells) Green; one son, Patrick William Green II of Springfield; two stepsons, including Bobby Thomas of Taylorville; one daughter, Patricia Green of Montana; six stepdaughters, including Marjorie Erickson of Phoenix, Ariz., and Winnetta Lenken of Tempe, Ariz.; one grandchild; four step-grandchildren; stepfather and mother, James C. and Norma Jean Graham of Ashland; four sisters, Sharon Collin, Susie Schoby and Holly Petefish, all of Ashland, and Laura Jean Sumpter of Norfolk, Va.; one brother, Jim of Springfield; several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Services Tuesday, May 12, 1992, at Carr-Tenney Mortuary, Tempe, Ariz. Burial was held in East Resthaven Cemetery, Phoenix, Ariz. Arizona Republic May 6, 1992 |
