GUY KIRSCH DEATH SADDENS FRIENDS

News of the sudden death of Guy Kirsch at his home in Sturgis, Mich., Wednesday morning of this week came as a shock to his many friends here. Mr Kirsch, 49 years old, died of a heart attack. He had been in apparent good health.

Mr and Mrs Kirsch built their large and beautiful winter home on the C-4 tract just west of Wickenburg in 1948 and had spent two winter seasons there. They had previously vacationed at the Triangle W ranch here. Mr Kirsch was a charter member of the Desert Caballeros and as a winter resident had taken an interest in many of this town's activities.
In Sturgis, he was president of the Kirsch Company, manufacturers of curtain rods and Venetian blinds, and was one of that city's most prominent citizens.

Funeral services are to be held at 2:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon in the Presbyterian church in Sturgis. Surviving are the widow, Flora and two children, Charles, residing in New York City and Judy, a high school student. The word of Mr Kirsch's death came to Helen and Jo Ready who are occupying the Kirsch home here.
