| Owens Livingston Mortuary, Show Low, Arizona Charles Meredith "Mike" Foreman, III (December 19, 1945 - October 23, 2009) Charles Meredith "Mike" Foreman, III died late Friday night, October 23, 2009 at Hospice Compassus in Lakeside following a courageous battle with cancer. He was 63 years old. Mike was born on December 19, 1945 in Florence, Arizona to Charles Meredith Foreman, Jr. and Opal May (Shepard) Foreman. He retired as a policeman after many years of devoted service to his communities. On March 3, 1989 he married Deborah "Debby" Kaye nee Shaffer in Phoenix, Arizona. In 1999 Mike and Debby moved to Vernon, Arizona where he has since resided. Sadly, Debby died May 15, 2008 after years of poor health herself. Just prior to her passing they had just celebrated their 19th wedding anniversary together. Mike is survived by his sister, Betty Exline of Show Low, Arizona and a nephew, Dana M. Exline. Services are pending at this time, however, this website will be updated as soon as they are confirmed. |
