| The Arizona Republic, Phoenix, Arizona Monday, January 6, 2003 James R. Ledford, 89, passed away January 2, 2003 in Glendale, Arizona. James is survived by his wife, Bernice Ledford; children, Patricia Barry and Mike Ledford; five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his son, James R. Ledford. He worked for the Railway Express Agency for 37 years retiring in 1977. Memorial services January 7th 6:30 p.m., Paradise Chapel Funeral Home, 3934 E. Indian School Rd, Phoenix, Arizona. In lieu of flowers family requests that donations be made to Hospice of the Valley, 1510 E. Flower St. Phoenix, Az., 85012. |
