| West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona January 13, 2009 Raymond Mark Hernandez, 37, of Avondale died Jan. 5, 2009, in Spring Valley. Mr. Hernandez was born Jan. 3, 1972, in Phoenix. He was a musician with the local band, L.S.D. He also owned a telephone tech company, Deztech Communications. He was a member of St. Williams Catholic Church in Avondale. He is survived by his parents, Babe and Jay Hernandez; one sister, Gina; and one brother Martin. Visitation will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday at Thompson's Valley West Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road in Goodyear. A scripture service will begin at 11:30 with the Rev. John Herman officiating. |
