| West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona January 20, 2009 David Clifford Martinez, 64, of Phoenix and formerly of Tolleson died Jan. 18, 2009. Mr. Martinez was born July 20, 1944, in Duncan, Okla. He was the owner of D.P.S. Plastics. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Susan; one daughter, Patricia L. Flores; five brothers; one sister; and three grandchildren. A Mass will be celebrated Thursday at St. John Vianney, 539 E. La Pasada Blvd. in Goodyear. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Avondale.
