| West Valley View, Avondale, Arizona September 23, 2009 Doris Kathleen Roles, 82, of Goodyear died Jan. 20, 2009, in Goodyear. Mrs. Roles was born March 20, 1926, in London, England, to James and Agnes May. She moved to Arizona in 1974 and worked as waitress for 35 years at the Ramada Inn, now the Best Western, in Goodyear. She is survived by two daughters, Vickie Lowder and Carol Ellis; three sons, Michael Yocum, Tim and Dan; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jesse. Visitation will be 10 a.m. Monday at Thompson's Valley West Funeral Chapel, 926 S. Litchfield Road in Goodyear. Services will follow at 11.
