Frank was removed to a Phoenix hospital Monday where examination showed he had a crushed spine and the family was told he would remain paralyzed.

Surviving the senior Mr. Rigo, in addition to the sons mentioned, is one other son, Louie, of Long Beach, Calif., and two daughters, Mrs. Lena Maffeo of McAllister, Okla., and Mrs. Mary McIntosh of Phoenix. Among the surviving grandchildren are Danny and Laurie Rigo, children of Mr. & Mrs. Joe Rigo, Jr. The children are here with their grandparents, Mr. & Mrs. Joe Lutch.
